Nimrod doesn't build on FreeBSD because of missing forward slash

Git version of Nimrod can not be bootstrapped on FreeBSD because when it compiles it's missing a / in the beginning of all the paths.

While this, fix build on DragonFly BSD and FreeBSD #1406 , does not directly relate to a missing forward slash, this issue here may no longer be applicable.

I believe this issue has been resolved (I'm not running into it), but #1406 does not completely fix building on FreeBSD.
