running runNimScript on 2 subsequent nims files causes "Error: internal error: n is not nil" #8235

After applying #8234 to apply 2 subsequent nims files (analog to the way 2 subsequent nim.cfg files can be processed, the 2nd one overriding previous ones), I get an error:
