/cc @Araq (from doc/codeowners.rst)
all docs says is:
https://nim-lang.github.io/Nim/re.html#findAll.i%2Ccstring%2CRegex%2Cint%2Cint

`{` : start min/max quantifier

there are no runnableExamples/code samples and it's not clear what exact syntax(es) are supported

ideally, something like https://nitely.github.io/nim-regex/

x{n,m} at least n x and at most m x (greedy)
x{n,} at least n x (greedy)
x{n} exactly n x
x{n,m}? at least n x and at most m x (ungreedy/lazy)
x{n,}? at least n x (ungreedy/lazy)
x{n}? exactly n x
