nimbus-admin unable to shutdown some instances #112

When instances get in the error state "Corrupted" nimbus-admin cannot shut them down. The following error is returned:

RemoteException occurred in server thread; nested exception is:
java.rmi.RemoteException: Shutdown is currently disabled

While this may be a feature there should be a means to clean up these VMs.

Further when --all is used with shutdown the program errors out completely when it comes across a VM in this state, thus all other VMs are not shutdown. nimbus-admin should clean up all that it can and report errors on those that it must.

A --cleanup option to nimbus-admin has been added in b317d4c. It should allow to clean up these VMs.
