This bug is ported from the old bugzilla: https://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/globus/show_bug.cgi?id=7044

It looks like the code only supports '1.0' or '2007-01-19' or '2007-03-01' or
'2008-08-08' in the metadata server query URL. The EC2 docs say a valid URI is
"http://169.254.169.254/latest", so Nimbus should support "latest" to make
things more convenient and portable for VM authors.

Added support for /latest target in metadata query

Also added more list responses of available resources. e.g. /latest will return:
user-data
meta-data

And /latest/meta-data/ will return:
ami-id
ami-launch-index
local-hostname
local-ipv4
public-hostname
public-ipv4
