Possibly set_number_of_points doesn't delete memory #737

You can simply run the function with a large tractogram about (>1M streamlines) and resample at 2 points. You should see your memory going up.

set_number_of_points returns a new list of ndarrays, but the original streamlines still exist. Are you experiencing an increase in memory that is more than what is expected, i.e. the sum of the two sets of streamlines?
