Please refer to the original issue #969. Use absolute import in place of relative for all .py files inside /dipy. Take care not to change .pyx or init files

/dipy/dipy/direction/peaks.py:
    6 from warnings import warn
    7
    8: from ..utils.six.moves import xrange
    9
   10 from nibabel.tmpdirs import InTemporaryDirectory

/dipy/dipy/direction/probabilistic_direction_getter.py:
3 discrete distribution (pmf) at each step of the tracking."""
    4 import numpy as np
    5: from .peaks import peak_directions, default_sphere
    6 from dipy.reconst.shm import order_from_ncoef, sph_harm_lookup
    7 from dipy.tracking.local.direction_getter import DirectionGetter
