Moved some older highlights and announcements to the old news files. #1521

The front page was getting pretty long and rather cluttered, so I moved some old news to the archives.

Also made me wonder: what's the difference between "highlights" and "announcements"?

it looks like:

  • "highlights" give information about the current release
  • "Announcements" gives recent events.

Can you do the small change below and then, I can merge it

At least, let's keep the last 3 announcements/events. Can you put release 0.13 and 0.12 back?
