TST: Make travis look at test coverage. #345

Adapted from nipy. The idea is to have travis produce the coverage report every time it runs the tests. Let's see if it works :-)

Wow, it seems we are doing really great the last years. It's mostly very old code which is not tested much and some modules which are not dipy related. GGT!!

Super!!! To 100% percent coverage and beyond!!
