  1. Rewrite most of Chapter 1 with parts moving to Chapter 2.

    I've done a quick onceover removing most of the TeX code that was not
    specific to this book. I'll trim more code and \usepackage commands later.

    There are other files that come with osdev.tex which will be included
    into this repository shortly. For now I'm starting with just the base
    LaTeX book text as the other files are not unique to this project.
