DNA-replication

This repository contains the source code for a 1D Simulation of DNA replication as well as a 3D chromatin simulation using a random loop DNA model. The simulations can be performed online at http://sim.bio.tu-darmstadt.de/.

The instructions for each application can be found in the subdirectories.
