In a current setup of the visualizer, the base filename of the system is brat.xhtml. This should likely be either just index.xhtml or something specific to the visualizer release (visualizer.xhtml or sestra.xhtml?)

If we could get rid of the whole idiocy of enforcing the user to write the full path to the xhtml rather than the dir I would be a happy man.
