Send from Omnibox
Compose an email in Chrome's address bar.
Works best when Gmail or other webmail is set as Chrome's mailto: handler (see bug).
Type "." followed by a space to start using the extension.
alt+d selects the address bar, or you can just hit
ctrl+t and start typing. Also,
tab-enter lets you send the composed message without touching the keyboard.

Currently, this extension works best with Gmail (see bug), so make sure you have Gmail set as the default in your Chrome mailto: settings (located at chrome://settings/handlers).
- Put everything in a directory
- Visit chrome://extensions
- Check the "Developer mode" box at the top right
- Click the "Load unpacked extension..." button and select your directory
