ssl-enum-ciphers cipher rating no longer reflects Qualys #1309

The Qualys SSL test now only rates A when all ciphers support Perfect Forward Secrecy (DHE/ECDHE).

But the ssl-enum-ciphers in nmap 7.70 happily gives an A rating to ciphers without PFS, giving a too optimistic view.

Would it be possible to match the newest Qualys standards? Thanks!
