Incorrect scan time recorded when skipping a scan (Windows) #1725

  1. Install Npcap without loopback support (or use WinPcap)
  2. nmap -p80 localhost -d

Result:

Skipping SYN Stealth Scan against localhost (127.0.0.1) because Windows does not support scanning your own machine (localhost) this way.

This is clearly a "null" timestamp, so we should be able to avoid outputting it in this case. It'd be nice to know that the scan was skipped and avoid all the "unknown" port results, too, but that's not really necessary in order to close this issue.
