I can't open zenmap as root on Manjaro Linux.
Also after clean install.
Zenmap from SVN or pacman repo's does not make difference.

$ sudo zenmap from terminal works fine.

What do you mean by "does not work?" Zenmap is a Python 2 application, and several Linux distributions have dropped support for Python 2. You may need to call it explicitly like sudo python2 $(which zenmap)

Just checked the contents of:
(which is the command for the launcher)

I could be completely wrong. Manjaro doesn't understand it. Its not a big dealbreaker, but I struggled hours opening zenmap from the panel (just because theres a launcher for it).
