Promote Nping to same version as other Nmap tools #2862
Description
The current version of Nping reports its version number as 0.7.95 since it uses the format "0.NMAP_VERSION". This was originally done in 2010 when Nping was added to Nmap 5.30BETA1 because Nping was still fairly early in development. That's no longer the case. Nping is rock solid and deserves the same version number as Nmap, Ncat, Zenmap, and the rest of the suite!
