Forward DNS resolution failures after new parallel resolution change #3114

Hello to everyone,

DNS resolution is not working with Nmap 7.97 on Windows 11, except if I use the option "--system-dns":

Bug can be reproduced at each execution using FQDN.

I had never met this bug before, including with previous Nmap 7.95.
