npcap no longer working. Can't set channel

Npcap has completely stops functioning. I am using Netgear A6210's that I've used since Wireshark 3.0 and Npcap. It let's me set the NIC in monitor mode, but setting channel fails.

The fix in bd76da2 is incomplete, so Npcap 1.20 is still affected. You can download a patched version of WlanHelper at https://nmap.org/npcap/dist/WlanHelper-1.20.317.zip until a new version of Npcap is released with the complete fix.
