Npcap 1.77 memory leak #701
Description
Npcap 1.77 leaks memory when the kernel buffer is full and packets are not queued. The memory storing packet data and metadata for such packets is leaked and not freed. This is a separate issue from #688, since that other memory leak was fixed.
