Npcap Bug Report #815
Description
INTRODUCTION
Just getting started with npcap and nmap under Windows and the installed npcap failed with BSOD. I do not know if I did something wrong or it is a bug. A work around or experimental work around would be much appreciated.
FAILURE PROCESS
Installed npcap via nmap installer. The resulting installation failed when tested with Zenmap using Target: 192.168.1.85 (not the computer running npcap) and Profile: Quick scan. Upon pressing the Scan button, it failed with the Blue Screen of Death indicating:
