Failed to exec filter request with a non-english column

Hi,

NocoDB is a great project. But it looks like not perfect with Chinese content. It will failed when filter with a non-english column.

If it is a bug and no one handle it, I will try fixing it myself.

Same in hebrew

the issue here is in the fundamentals- the name of the column should be an ALIAS and the real name should allways be english. its not a filtering issue, its modeling.

anyway, if u gonna make an effort try to code it in i would be happy to code-along or watch for learning.
