The user guide http://nodatime.org/1.3.x/userguide/instant-patterns.html says 
the 'g' pattern is "yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss" however it is actually 
"yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss'Z'"

Thanks for that - fixed now in all user guide versions, but it'll take a little 
while to be picked up on the web site. (Hopefully within an hour...)
