Whilst working on documentation updates, some missing/inconsistent core actions were spotted. This tidies things up.
core:show-palette-tab: ctrl-g pcore:show-explorer-tab: ctrl-g ecore:show-helpaction withcore:show-keyboard-settingsto better identify its purpose.core:toggle-debug-messagesaction to toggle pause state of Debug sidebar. No default shortcut.
