Coffeescript multiline comments disable directive parsing #129

I am aware that mincer does not support directives inside multiline comments in coffescript, but I believe putting a multiline comment at the top of the file should not disable all the directives below it.

Example

This directive is processed properly:

#= require app
###
Some comment.
###
$ -> App.initialize()

This isn't:

###
Some comment.
###
#= require app
$ -> App.initialize()

Note

On http://coffeescript.org/#strings , these kinds of comments are called "Block Comments" rather than multiline comments.

Cause

directive_processor.js:62 HEADER_PATTERN does not match coffescript multiline comments.
