  • hiredis doesn't work on nodejitsu, tell people to use the js parser instead

as discussed in #42

(the use of the js parser was recommended by @AvianFlu on IRC)

Seems like this option has been removed in the recent release of node_redis 0.8. It uses a new js parser by default now (which is awesome).
