Add UX indicators for bash completion install #213

We should throw a message to the console when the bash completion is installed on the users system.

If the installation fails, we should display a message about autocomplete not being available.

If the installation works, we should display an OS specific message indicating autocomplete is now available. ( For instance, MacOS requires a terminal restart )

This idea hasn't gotten much traction, and in general not everyone uses the same shell. Also I always perfer it if an application does not modify my shell unless I explicitly seek out such a mod. If anyone feels otherwise reopen the ticket.
