I have a local install of haibu running and have updated my jitsu config to reflect the server. Although I still can't run commands. Example:

smoltm016:~ troy$ jitsu users create testuser
info: Welcome to Nodejitsu
info: It worked if it ends with Nodejitsu ok
info: Executing command users create testuser
prompt: email: [removed]
prompt: password:
info: Creating user testuser
error: Error running command users create testuser
error: Nodejitsu Error (404): Item not found
error: request not found
info: Nodejitsu not ok

Here's my config (ip removed):
smoltm016:~ troy$ jitsu conf
info: Welcome to Nodejitsu
info: It worked if it ends with Nodejitsu ok
info: Executing command conf
warn: No user has been setup on this machine
help: Hello here is your /Users/troy/.jitsuconf file:
help: If you'd like to change a property try:
help: jitsu config set
data:
data: {
data: gzipbin: 'gzip',
data: loglevel: 'info',
data: protocol: 'http',
data: remoteHost: '[removed]:9002',
data: root: '/Users/troy',
data: tar: 'tar',
data: tmproot: '/tmp',
data: userconfig: '.jitsuconf'
data: }
data:
info: Nodejitsu ok

Any insight on why this is happening would be awesome.

haibu has it's own built-in CLI tool.

Was there documentation somewhere that instructed you to try pointing your jitsu install at haibu? Did someone tell you to do that?

No. I just assumed they worked together.

Will the haibu cli tool work in the same way? As in, will it run a deploy to a remote server?

Yes, haibu's CLI tool will give you command line access to your haibu-server. We really need to improve documentation around haibu. We've got some materials for this in the pipeline

Haibu is not meant to be used with the jitsu tool, use haibu CLI for
setting up applications with haibu. jitsu is intended for a full
featured stack at Nodejitsu. Let me know if you have trouble with the
haibu CLI.

Thanks! That really clears up a lot.
