Test fails with both node and node_g (debug). Tested with latest master as of today as well as node 0.8.11 on both 32-bit and 64-bit linux architectures (gcc 4.5, glibc 2.15). This also occurs on a OS X 10.8.2 rig.

Did you run the test from master with a v0.8 binary? setImmediate only exists in master.

@bnoordhuis : Sorry, that fail is from the outcome of a node v0.8 binary. The result I intended to show was this:

/node test/simple/test-dgram-multicast-multi-process.js
[PARENT] sent 'First message to send' to 224.0.0.114:12346
[PARENT] sent 'Second message to send' to 224.0.0.114:12346

[PARENT] sent 'Fourth message to send' to 224.0.0.114:12346
[PARENT] sendSocket closed
[PARENT] Responses were not received within 5000 ms.
