Add the networkInterfaces for os module and apply the cpplint google style on it.

this has since been implemented in libuv

Still a problem that needs to be solved with the friendly name, on Linux eth0 is a classical name on Windows you have the producer of the lan card.

I'm going to close the PR because it no longer applies. If there's an issue with the libuv implementation, can you open an issue there?
