set default bg color for docs site to white #4124

most browsers default to white backgrounds anyway but this will override browsers that dont so that the docs are always readable


I brought this to attention. Since I set the default background color in my browser to black due to sensitive eyes, I have learned how many designers "forgets" to set the background color in their stylesheets. ;-)
It's of course not a major issue. It's a very small one that affects only very few people, but I just thought I'd let you know.
