Support optional dependencies #6

Carried over from nodepy/nodepy#30

Optional dependencies would not cause the installation to fail if they could not be installed (eg. if their "engines" field does not match), or the installation fails.

This is already supported partially with the --optional flag that can be specified before a requirement, but not supported in the installation log yet. Example:

"dependencies": {
    "some-module": "--optional git+"
