Adding Travis CI monitoring #19

This patch makes georuby ready to monitor using Travis CI.


  • Removes Gemfile.lock, which shouldn't be present in gems.
  • Adds .travis.yml for Travis CI settings.
  • Adds rake as a development dependency (because it's useful for running the RSpec tests).

All subsequent pull-requests will then be checked out by Travis CI and tested automatically. (Github have some really good integration for that now.)
