Emia is a Python library for the analysis of scanning tunneling microscope (STM) data.
It currently supports the import of Createc and Nanonis grid and spectroscopy files.
Furthermore it offers several features for analyzing spectroscopy/grid data. Like for example:
- Feature Detection
- Compressed Sensing
