- Implemented TMA multipoint single region feature support for processing the data in the uploader.

- Redesigned the whole uploader UI.
- Added field level validations.
- Checks if microvolution license is present, if so automatically enables it while processing.

- Introduced a new field to specify processing of a region and tile correspondingly.
- To process all regions and all tiles which is the default, leave both these fields blank.
- Removed unused exe file and vortex JAR to reduce size of installer.

- Implement processing of select tiles based on value specified in a field in optional details panel
- Can specifiy range of values using - or a single tile number separated by ; delimiter or both
- Montage will be created accordingly, if a particular tile was not processed previously, a blank tile will be used in montage.
