Add an option for a sleep time between actions #97

I've noticed if I do several times profiles:download:all, apple blacklists my IP and I can't connect to developer.apple.com for a period of time.

As an workaround would be to have an option for how much time it should wait before proceeding to the next action.

Unix is composable. If you want to add a sleep between commands, you can do that literally:

$ ios profiles:download:all && sleep 10

Thanks, I did so too. I was thinking of having a delay between downloading
separate profiles when invoking profiles:download:all. But it looks that
this is not needed.
