First release!

The initial release of the screenshot tracker.

Tested on macOS, Linux, and Windows but only got mac working 100%. There are issues on Linux and Windows regarding to screenshot taking process. If you can debug, fix, pls send a PR so I can create a minor release including the fixes.

Only mac binaries attached in this release.
