After changing the TLS settings the WebUI Link stopped working

The problem stems from removing the sslServer option in order to make it easier for the user to bring up a NiFi system. When that occurred, the default WebUI points to "url" instead of "secureUrl".

Since I expect NiFi to run almost always with NiFi-TLS, I am changing the default WebUI list to always point to the secure link.
