openssl dll MUST be named libcrypto-1_1.dll and libssl-1_1.dll in httpd /bin directory even for x64 (normally named libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll and libssl-1_1-x64.dll
I will try to fix it ASAP

Fix in commit 7fa840c
Explanation (may be usefull for others)
I used own-made release of openssl with platform VC-WIN64A-masm and not VC-WIN64A (which is standard goal for x64 release). It at induce some name change of dll released (-x64 not present) that MUST not be renamed!
Rolling back to openssl release with VC-WIN64A platform solve the problem and allow mod_md to be use with apachelounge or apachehaus distribution without any modification ;)
