@tomfuertes

Explicitly using https in links/code samples fixes the following error on some legacy pages I happened upon in search results.

tfuertes at ha001921 in ~/sandbox/git-repos/npm-www on explicitssl
$ curl http://npmjs.org/install.sh | sh
  % Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
                                 Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
100    85    0    85    0     0    524      0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:--  1603
sh: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
sh: line 1: `<html>Moved: <a href="https://npmjs.org/install.sh">https://npmjs.org/install.sh</a>'

Sorry for mass pulls; didn't know which repo was live.
