This is the second time I try to list the modules.

I call list to find all the modules and search for the plugin I want,
then I do some other npm action (update, install, uninstall),
then I want to update the deps in the package.json file (and I am in a way different context then the first time I list) so I try and list the packages again.

I have no modules in the returned values on the second list.

Issue #2930 is about the list being cached. mine is emptied.

How can I duplicate this? We need more info (platform, versions of
everything, etc).
