npm install phonegap fails [typeerror] #4061

My setup is win 7 os
and im behind a proxy

ive set

C:\Windows\system32>npm config set proxy http://proxyname:8080

C:\Windows\system32>npm config set https-proxy http://proxyname:8080

C:\Windows\system32>npm config set registry

this is what i get in cmd

The 407 code means that you need to authenticate yourself with the proxy.
