npm install fails with error "host not found" when using a proxy #661

@eboyard

Hello
Using npm 0.3.9 installed on Ubuntu with a cntlm proxy, the install command failed with error "host not found". I fixed this issue by replacing the line:
opts.headers.host = proxy.hostname
by
opts.headers.host = remote.hostname
in the script proxyify.js

Thanks
Eric

Same here on Cygwin on NTLM proxy. When applying above change, npm works.

That's odd, squid seems to be fine with it as-is. Oh well. Fix coming today.
