So for a basic thing like I want to resize images to 1140x1140, or 2280x2280 and move the image to a new directory, where would i change those values? do i need to change the max height percentage or width? Also I just always want to use jpg for this project (unsure 100% of what needed to be adjusted)

call scale.bat -source "c:\source_image.png" -target "c:\target_image_dir\target.jpg" -max-height 2280 -max-width 2280 -keep-ratio yes -force yes - I suppose you need something like this. Probably you can provide more details so I can be more helpful..
