Thumb on screen to scroll seems to be triggering stuff. Definitely stuttering.

Part of the screwiness seems to be that the nav will partially auto-collapse once you scroll far enough down the page that it's offscreen. Observed on iPhone, iPad and Android phone, but not desktop (not even desktop with the browser at mobile width). Guessing it's baked into Bootstrap (maybe onresize events are being triggered on scroll?); continuing to investigate.

Backlogging, per Brian. Annoying that the dropdowns collapse when you scroll down the page, but the fix for #168 seems to have helped at least a little with the general jankiness.
