Should we keep better track of contributors to questions? #401

At the moment, a question has a single owner, and you can sort of see who else has been involved with it by looking at the editing history.
Copies of questions lose all this information, and can lose the chain of ancestors if re-uploaded to a different editor or from backup.

Should questions (and exams) have an automatic "contributors" list? People would be added if they edit the question, and possibly also if they give feedback.
The list would keep each contributor's name and a permalink to their user profile.
