When a resource is set to report scores back immediately or on completion (i.e. not manually), we should report scores ack after the due date passes because incomplete attempts become complete.
When you change the due date or availability dates, schedule a task for just after the due date to report all scores back. Any existing scheduled tasks for this resource should be cancelled.
If students are able to re-open attempts after the due date, this needs to happen both when the due date passes, and when the resource becomes unavailable.
