Named date ranges to group contexts in a consumer #53

We have modules for several academic years listed all together in the consumer view.

It should be possible to split the contexts up by creation date by specifying break points at the end of different periods, such as academic years.

An administrator might give the end date of each academic year. Each context would appear under the latest break point occurring after the creation of its first resource. Contexts created after the last break point should be listed under "Current material".

There should be a button to delete all contexts belonging to a particular break point. (see #50)
