Add NET9 target for the framework tests

.NET 9 will be coming out in about a month. It's been RC for a bit. We should start getting the tests running against it. We should consider waiting to merge until .NET 9 hits stable so as to avoid forcing contributors to pull preview bits of IDEs.

Any update on this? I'm trying to run unit tests using nunit3-console.exe and .Net 9 tests are failing. Within VS/Rider all tests work file, its only using the console that they fail. Note: This is also seen in Azure Pipelines, which is the reason for using the console.

This is the error:
System.MissingMethodException : Method not found: 'System.Guid System.Guid.CreateVersion7()'.

Which is a new Guid format introduced in one of the recent .Net 9 preview releases.

There is a PR open #4851 tracking status. All tests were passing if I remember correctly, so the behaviour you are facing should be checked. Can you provide more information about what you were doing in order to reproduce the error?

@PicNet If you are only seeing that issue in the console runner then it may be an issue specific to how it hosts processes for that particular target runtime. Would you be able to report your findings in an issue to https://github.com/nunit/nunit-console/, complete with information on the version of the console you are using?
