feat: add @vesp/nuxt-fontawesome module

FontAwesome integration with working SSR, does not use vue-fontawesome.

There are some other integrations with similar name, so I choose to use version number in the name of package:

Could you please try to avoid using nuxt3- (you can use your personal npm org for example @bezumkin/nuxt-fontawesome ? As we plan to release Nuxt 4 early this year.

If the module has nice adoption, we can also think at one point of giving you publish access to @nuxtjs/fontawesome
